Tattoos Have Transformed From Mom To Artwork Of The 21st Century

You could call it a 21st century art form: people use their bodies as living displays of what they care about in the form of pictorial art. Over time, tattoo artists have become more and more sophisticated, able to create complex and well-executed designs.

The World War II heart with “Mother” on the upper arm has given way to tattoos anywhere on the body, depicting everything from Winnie the Pooh to barbed wire. If you or a tattoo artist can imagine it, it can be placed on your body.

Aside from being a display, people also use tattoos to commemorate important events in their lives such as the death of a loved one or other major life-changing events. Even if the tattoo’s design bears no obvious relationship to the event or person being commemorated, it remains an important way for a person to connect with emotions and memories.

Getting a tattoo has become socially acceptable for everyone, from eighteen year old to grandma.

There are three challenges with getting a tattoo, and these need to be considered in the process of deciding whether or not to get a tattoo. One is that tattoos are painful. It might be better to start with a small one so you know how they feel before committing to something large.

The second challenge is that it is expensive and difficult to get tattoos removed.

There are many times in our lives where we find ourselves having very strong feelings about something and that is when we might make the choice to have a tattoo as a result. The problem is that feelings change over time and the strong feelings you have at a later point in life are exactly the opposite of the feelings you are having at this moment. The loved one becomes an ex. At the same time, it is difficult to imagine having other feelings when the feelings are so strong.
